If your product contains a defect or is inoperable upon receipt, please send an e-mail to customersupport@faithbuilderstoys.com with a description of the problem.
- Our Customer Support team will then issue a Return Authorization code for you to include with the returning product.
- A full refund will be issued if ALL of the requirements are met.
- The doll is not soiled or showing any signs of improper care.
- RETURN ALL ITEMS. Specifically, the book, doll, robe, crown, sandals and sachet MUST be returned.
- KEEP THE BOX - Please send back the product in its original packaging.
- Faith Builders Toys reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount, the cost of any items not returned.
